I have been totally blown away by they way that you have responded to Imagine this year. Two weeks ago we over 2,500 toys (way over the total collected last year). On Sunday you brought over 1,300 coats which is almost 50% more (in Southern IL talk, we'd say "half agin") than we brought last year. The truth is, we have all the volunteers we really need for Distribution Day (Dec. 13). But even though we may not "need" your help, you "need" to be here. This is a day when you can see that for most of us...we are so blessed. It's a chance for us to be the church to people who really need some compassion. So go to the website or call and say, "Make a job for me, cause I need to be there."
